Is it really everything for $95?
Yes. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
For $95, your first visit includes:
✔ One-on-one consultation with Dr. James Caldero
✔ Comprehensive examination
✔ Your first treatment on the same day
✔ A personalized treatment plan based on your condition
Depending on your condition, your first visit may include 2 or more of the following treatments:
• Chiropractic Care
• Active Release Technique (ART)
• Class IV Laser Therapy
• Hako-Med Horizontal Therapy for nerve pain management
• PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy)
• Photobiomodulation (Red Light Therapy)
• Shockwave Therapy
• Spinal Decompression (Back on Trac®)
• Other advanced therapies, when appropriate
No matter which therapies Dr. Caldero recommends, everything is included in your $95 first visit.
After your visit, Dr. Caldero will explain his findings, answer all of your questions, and discuss your treatment options. There is no obligation to continue care — you can decide what is best for you.
Our goal is simple: Help you understand the source of your pain and begin treatment on your very first visit.
Will I have to keep coming forever?
No. Our goal is to help you get better — not keep you coming forever. We see two main types of patients: those with acute injuries who need short-term care, and those with chronic pain who often require more treatment because their condition has developed over time. Every patient is different.
Your first visit is just $95 and includes your consultation, examination, and first treatment. If you need additional care, you can simply pay per visit or choose one of our affordable treatment packages. The choice is always yours. We never pressure anyone into care — we're here to help you feel better, not burden you.
I’m afraid of the twisting and cracking.
You're not alone — and you have options. Many of our elderly patients choose gentle, low-force techniques like the Activator because they don't involve twisting or cracking.
We also use Class IV Laser Therapy and PEMF Therapy extensively, which require little to no movement. Dr. Caldero will recommend the safest and most comfortable treatment based on your condition. Your comfort always comes first.
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash practice with simple, transparent pricing, and we accept HSA and FSA cards. If you have a PPO insurance plan, we're happy to provide a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
We've chosen to focus our time on caring for our patients rather than spending hours dealing with insurance companies for reimbursements that are often very small. More importantly, most insurance plans do not cover advanced therapies such as Class IV Laser Therapy, Shockwave Therapy, Spinal Decompression, PEMF, and other treatments that we have found help many patients heal faster and achieve better results.
Many of our patients also have high-deductible insurance plans, meaning they would still pay out of pocket. They appreciate our straightforward pricing because they know exactly what they'll pay from the beginning, with no surprise bills or hidden fees.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within 1–3 business days, and same-day appointments may be available. Because you'll be treated personally by Dr. Caldero, appointment times are limited, but we'll always do our best to accommodate patients who are in pain.
If you're in pain, don't wait. The sooner we identify the source of the problem, the sooner we can begin helping you feel better.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Preparing for your visit is simple. To help Dr. Caldero better understand your condition and make the most of your appointment, please bring the following if available:
• Wear comfortable clothing, similar to what you would wear for exercise or physical therapy.
• A written list of your current medications.
• A written list of any vitamins, supplements, or topical creams you use regularly.
• A list of any past surgeries, major injuries, or history of cancer (past or present).
• Any recent X-rays, MRI, CT scans, blood work, or other medical reports related to your condition.
Please bring the written radiology reports — not the CD. Many newer computers no longer include CD drives, so we're often unable to access imaging discs. If you only have a CD, please contact the imaging center before your appointment and request a printed or emailed copy of the radiologist's report. If you already have paper copies, we'll gladly make copies for your chart and return the originals to you.
We also encourage you to write down any questions you have before your visit. Bringing a written list helps ensure all of your concerns are addressed and makes it less likely you'll forget something important during your appointment.
Don't have any medical records? That's okay! Many of our patients come to their first visit without X-rays, MRIs, or previous medical records.
Dr. Caldero will perform a comprehensive consultation and examination to better understand your condition, answer all of your questions, and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs. If additional testing is recommended, he'll explain why and help guide you through the next steps.
